Senior Construction Inspector

HDR is seeking a Senior Construction Inspector to join our Transportation – Construction and Field Services team to work on roadway, highway, and bridge construction projects.

Responsibilities

• Provide inspection and oversight of complex bridge, roadway and highway construction projects
• Maintain accurate daily diary entries and completion of contract documentation records
• Maintain daily photographic records and videos as necessary to document contract activities
• Complete site surveys of completed works for tracking item and material quantities for payment
• Utilize Construction/Contract Management System (CMS) on MTO and municipal construction contracts, and or other similar systems
• Complete daily inspections in accordance to client requirements
• Monitor construction work in accordance with contract documents and specifications
