Role Description

Robert Half is currently looking to recruit a Senior Credit Controller to join an exciting Professional Services company experiencing huge growth based in Bristol.

Role responsibilities will include but not limited to: 
Take ownership of assigned ledgers, managing collections, query resolution, credit limits and escalations, while proactively engaging stakeholders to ensure timely payment and resolution of disputes in line with KPIs
Act as a senior resource within the team, providing guidance and escalation support, and proactively identifying and addressing gaps in workload or capability to ensure continuity of collections activity and task completion across all ledgers
