The Data area acts as a support function and aids cross-functional teams in their customer missions and in the effective management and operation of the business. This chapter consists of capabilities surrounding data management and reporting, analytics, security and privacy and consent. Data management, reporting and analytics will be key to guide and inform the strategy and optimal customer engagement and will partner with the Technology, Customer and Operational Management teams.
