Senior Data Scientist — ML & Optimization Lead

Element Logic® is seeking a Lead Data Scientist in Oslo. You will act as a technical leader for the data science team, focusing on AI and optimization. This role involves mentoring data scientists, managing the data science backlog, and collaborating closely with engineering and product management teams.

Applicants should have over 7 years of experience, a relevant master’s degree, and strong programming skills in Python or C#. Experience with ML frameworks such as XGBoost and TensorFlow is advantageous.
