Senior Design Engineer

Position Summary
 As a key role of product development team, Design Engineer works with Engineering Project Manager, Mechanical Engineer and Validation Engineer closely to be responsible for hydraulic control module and solenoid products design.
 Work by following Borgwarner Product Development Plan


Principal Accountabilities / Responsibilities

+ Good at info share and cross function cooperation with Engineering Team, supply chain team and global to accomplish competitive designs

+ Being responsible for product design to meet both BW and customer requirement.

+ Being responsible for technical review with suppliers

+ Be responsible for design release including drawings, engineering documentation such as components spec, stack up, design change etc.

+ Being responsible for all design related support, including design review, design status update, VAVE, testing fixtures, brain storm, LL share, etc.
