Role Description
Key Accountabilities and Responsibilities:
- The successful candidate must have experience working on building projects in the Middle East Region. Ideally, the successful candidate will have been responsible for managing the design process, in addition, the candidate will support the PM with Client interaction on technical design issues.
- The Senior Design Manager will oversee the Design Brief and scope of work to ensure the design consultant(s) are delivering to the client's requirements. When necessary, the Senior DM will manage, develop, and assist in the processing of sub consultant RFQ's (bid stage or early design stage, manage, or provide technical support to PM for technical change requests, RFI's, and Instructions to the sub consultants as well as;
- Review of Design Consultant/Contractor design proposals and end‑of‑design‑stage submissions
