Senior Designer

About The Role

Flook is seeking a Senior Designer to lead the creative development of our seasonal collections and help shape the future of the brand.

This role is responsible for translating the Flook vision into commercially successful products that resonate with our customer while maintaining the brand's signature aesthetic.

Working closely with the Head of Brand, Garment Technician and Production Team, the Senior Designer will oversee the design process from concept through to development handover.

Key Responsibilities

Collection Development

• Lead the design and development of seasonal collections
• Create concepts, colour palettes and product stories
• Design across multiple categories including dresses, tops, skirts, swimwear and accessories
• Ensure all products align with the Flook brand and customer
