Job Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and enhance applications within the Silverlake Deposits system.
• Handle both CASA and Time Deposit functionalities.
• Design, code, test, and implement solutions using RPG on the AS400 platform.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver technical solutions.
• Conduct code reviews and support continuous improvement of coding standards.
• Manage and execute deployments using ALDON, an AS400 deployment automation tool.
• Participate in DevOps practices and contribute to automation initiatives.
• Document technical designs, specifications, and procedures.
• Manage and guide junior developers.
