Overview

Hi, I'm Dmitri Grozenok, Senior Manager of Onboarding product development at Jane. I lead a team of eight developers working on a mission that's different from typical product work, at a critical moment in a clinic's journey with Jane – right after signup but before customers become successful power users. We solve activation and retention challenges by coordinating across multiple domains to help new customers through their first critical days so they fall in love with Jane. Our metrics are churn and activation rate, and we move fast through experiments, feature toggles, and rapid iteration to learn and improve. We run a lot of experiments and small projects, and we focus on delivering clean, thoughtful solutions while lifting the people around us.
