Senior Development & Application

Key Responsibilities

• Develop new or improve application recipes to support commercial team.
• Apply Company's technology such as Juice, flavor and other ingredients in sweet/beverage products.
• Prepare application sample and provide submission documents as request
• Develop and maintain project timeline, any competitive analysis testing and stability test study.
• Ensure all result are captured, recorded and filed to ensure availability for future project
• Maintain clean and safe working environment in the lab
• Other tasks as assigned

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in food science, Food Technology or related technical fields
• Preferably a minimum of 5 years working experience in beverage product development, food/ flavor industry, application lab,...
