The Technical Lead is an enabler in the project team. They are tasked with ensuring the development team on the project is productively working towards the technical delivery goals. They are also responsible for ensuring high functional and non-functional quality, and high code quality.
In this role, you are a force-multiplier who achieves success through leading, coaching and guiding others.
Specific Role Responsibilities
Analysis and design
Help developers understand the problem at hand before their build starts, help them with problem decomposition.
Provide ad-hoc consultations for developers and do pair-work when necessary (to analyse work inefficiencies and remove technical blockers).
