Senior DevOps Engineer [Production Support]

Role Description:

• Responsible for support SLAs
• Manage junior engineers and guide them
• Manage DevOps functions
• Day-to-day support operations
• On call rotation

Key Skills:

• Hands on experience Cloud Kubernetes environments (GKE)
• Apache/Tomcat/Nginx/Nagios
• Experience working with SQL databases such as MySQL
• Experience setting security/backup and incident management policies and processes for production systems
• Hands on experience with Virtualized Linux deployments
• Experience with API and Web services
• Hands on experience with puppet and ansible
• Automation skills Ex: bash, python etc. Scripting
• Deep analytical and problem-solving skills

Added advantage:

• Experience with WSO2 Carbon platform
• Background in Telecommunications domain with relevant experience with a vendor or MNO
• Experience with Jenkin or other CI tools
