We're looking for a seasoned Senior Director, Compliance Programs to join our Compliance leadership team and drive the ongoing maturity of Optus' compliance management framework across the entire organisation.

Reporting directly to the Chief Compliance Officer, this is a high-impact leadership role for someone who thrives at the intersection of regulatory rigour and commercial pragmatism.
