The Senior Director will lead enterprise modernization programs, reduce technical debt, improve engineering velocity, and strengthen governance across the digital portfolio. By aligning technical roadmaps to strategic priorities and enhancing transparency of risks, dependencies, and milestones, this role ensures the development of modern, stable platforms and digital capabilities that improve customer experience, accelerate innovation, and support long-term business growth.
