Senior Electrical Engineer – EV Infrastructure

Powertech’s Engineering Services Business Unit (EBU) provides engineering, testing, and implementation support for utility and infrastructure projects. Our EV Infrastructure team works closely with BC Hydro and industry partners to support the deployment and ongoing operation of public EV charging networks across British Columbia.

Duties Powertech is seeking a Senior Electrical Engineer to support the EV Operations Program, with primary responsibility for the ongoing reliability, performance, and operational integrity of public EV charging infrastructure.

This role is strongly operations‑driven and coordination‑intensive, involving oversight of electrical systems performance, fault investigation, corrective actions, and lifecycle maintenance of EV charging assets.
