Senior Electrical Engineer

POSITION SUMMARY:

We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Senior Electrical Engineer to lead the development and optimization of electrical components and systems for automotive, heavy-duty, and industrial applications. This role is based in our Tlalnepantla de Baz, Mexico office. You will collaborate closely with teams across the globe, including our China-based team, requiring availability for night-time communication to ensure seamless cross-time-zone collaboration. This position offers a unique opportunity for an experienced engineer to contribute to the development of complex, high-performance automotive electronics and lead the design of new products. As a senior engineer, you will take a leadership role in guiding the team, mentoring junior engineers, and driving the technical direction of projects.
