Senior Engineer - Application Engineering

**In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:**

+ To coordinate with the sales team or project pursuit to attend to the enquiries from customers and provide them with timely and accurate information.
+ To prepare techno-commercial offers that meet the customer's requirements and expectations, as well as the company's standards and policies.
+ To handle a key account customer and maintain a strong relationship with them, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty.
+ To assist the sales team in resolving technical queries and providing them with the necessary support and guidance in both enquiry and post order stage.
+ To obtain and review post order documentation approval from the customer and ensure its compliance with the contract terms and conditions.
+ To maintain a good company image of professionalism, competency, efficiency and concern for customers and representatives.
