Senior Engineer Generation Interconnection

**Description**

As MISO’s **Senior Engineer –** **Generation Interconnection** , you will be responsible for performing power system studies and serving as the subject matter expert when coordinating project details with MISO interconnection customers, transmission owners, and neighboring RTOs. You may also lead assigned affected system studies or study interconnection projects within a designated region of the MISO footprint.

Within your first year as our **Senior Engineer –** **Generation Interconnection** , you will know you are successful if you:

+ Lead and perform system impact studies for generator interconnection requests within the MISO generator interconnection queue.
+ Manage and conduct affected system studies for generator interconnection requests across both MISO and neighboring transmission systems.
