Accountabilities

Project Management

• Lead and manage assigned projects to ensure successful delivery within budget, schedule, quality, and safety requirements.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, manpower plans, and procurement plans.
• Create and execute project work plans and adjust as necessary to accommodate changing requirements and project priorities.
• Manage day-to-day project activities and coordinate internal and external resources to achieve project objectives.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks and issues, and implement mitigation measures to minimize project impact.
• Prepare and present project updates, progress reports, risk assessments, method statements, and other project documentation.
• Ensure project documentation is complete, accurate, and maintained in accordance with company requirements.
