About the role

Reporting to the Manager, Water Operations, the Senior Engineer Supervisor, Engineering leads a multidisciplinary team of engineers and automation specialists, providing both day‑to‑day and strategic technical leadership across all Water Operations sites. The role is responsible for driving facility debottlenecking and optimization efforts, as well as supporting the startup of new treatment facilities. Water Operations has grown from a single facility in 2015 to four operating plants today, with a combined treatment capacity of 97,500 m³/d.
