Senior Engineer-Transport Planning

Key Responsibilities

• Being accountable for traffic engineering and transport planning, modelling delivery and verification on a range of transport projects
• Mentor, guide teams to achieve technical requirements and deliver the projects.
• Good hands-on experience of Strategic modelling software SATURN, DIADEM
• Experience in SATURN network development, Model Calibration and Validation, Demand forecasting and Matrix Estimation. 
• Familiarity with UK/US/ANZ/Middle East transport modelling guidance - (e.g., NPPF, DfT Guidance, Local Plans).
• Mentor and support junior engineers.
• Liaise with clients and AECOM’s global project teams to ensure technical excellence and timely delivery.
