What you’ll be doing as a Senior Engineering Manager
Leadership & Team Management: Lead, mentor, and develop a team of software engineers, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture. Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback and coaching.

Project Management: Plan, coordinate, and oversee engineering projects from conception to completion. Work closely with product management, design, and other stakeholders to prioritize and plan feature development and releases.

Technical Oversight: Provide technical guidance in software design, coding, and deployment. Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices.
