Senior Epi & Fab Process Engineer

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Process Engineer (Senior) with strong expertise in III‑V Epitaxy to drive the development and manufacturing of high performance semiconductor devices (such as lasers for AI data centers). The role centers on III‑V epitaxial growth process development (MOCVD) combined with wafer fabrication, supporting both R&D and high‑volume production. The candidate will play a key role in process optimization, yield improvement, and new product introduction (NPI).

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development, optimization, and qualification of III‑V epitaxial growth processes (primarily MOCVD) for various device structures to meet R&D and production requirements.
• Drive continuous improvement of process quality such as: uniformity, defect density, and reproducibility.
