Job responsibilities include but aren’t limited to:
Prepare, draft, and review a variety of legal documents related to estates, wills, and related transactions.
Assist in managing complex estate matters from initiation through completion
Maintain and manage client files, records, and follow-up items.
Provide administrative support as needed
The ideal candidate will have:
Minimum of 8 years’ Paralegal experience, ideally in a busy estate practice.
Advanced computer skills including a proficiency with Microsoft Office
