Senior Estimator

Bring your deep civil and earthworks expertise to the forefront as a Senior Estimator, leading high-impact estimating strategy and execution across complex, large-scale projects. In this role, you will drive accuracy and innovation —overseeing all aspects of estimating from early-stage conceptual development through to final bid submission. You will provide leadership in quantity take-offs, advanced cost modelling, and bid strategy across lump sum, unit rate, and cost-plus contracts. As a trusted advisor to operations and senior leadership, you will shape project pursuit strategies, mitigate risk, and identify value-driven opportunities that enhance competitiveness and project outcomes.
