Job Summary

The Senior Quantity Surveyor is responsible for managing all commercial and contractual aspects of construction, refurbishment, defence, and fit-out projects from pre-construction through to final account. This role ensures effective cost control, value optimization, and risk management while supporting project delivery teams.

In addition, the role will contribute to pre-construction activities by supporting estimating, tendering, and cost planning functions to help secure new business and maintain competitive positioning.

• Oversee project budgets, cost reporting, and financial performance throughout the project lifecycle.
