Key Responsibilities as the Senior Estimator:

• Create estimates for commercial and light industrial projects, using whatever designs, drawings, sketches and information that is available
• Review and develop discipline and multi-discipline materials takeoffs (MTO)
• Review project plans and specifications and coordinate with the team to confirm the complete scope
• Identify risk issues and their order of magnitude
• Prepare instructions to bidders, bid form and other bid solicitation information
• Evaluate and develop construction rates, subcontract cost estimates and proposals
