Senior Estimator

As a Senior Estimator, you will be involved in:

• Producing and presenting independent estimates, providing cost advice to key infrastructure clients (e.g. aviation, transit, highways, etc.), developing complex engineering projects from feasibility/concept design up to detailed design (pre-tender estimates). 

• Review and validation of continuous estimate submissions from General Contractor(s) and providing associated cost advice to clients and stakeholders typically within a Progressive Design Build (PDB) project delivery environment.  

• When necessary, able challenge General Contractor’s cost build-ups and associated assumptions.  

• Providing costings of options and presenting these to project clients and stakeholders.&#...
