You are not only responsible for producing estimates; you lead the entire pursuit, from early strategy and positioning through final submission and transition to operations. You serve as the single point of accountability during preconstruction, ensuring every pursuit is structured, competitive, and risk‑aware. This role is central to our growth, combining technical estimating expertise with project leadership, allowing you to shape winning strategies, mentor teams, and elevate how we pursue work.
