Senior / Expert FPGA Engineer (Digital Hardware – Product Development)

• Design and develop digital, analog, and mixed-signal hardware for test & measurement instruments
• Work on microprocessor/microcontroller-based systems and industrial/local buses (PCI-E, USB, LAN, SPI, I2C)
• Collaborate closely with software (embedded/application) and mechanical engineers to optimize system performance and cost
• Conduct design verification, feasibility studies, and component selection/evaluation
• Develop hardware design documentation and promote consistent design practices
• Contribute to system integration and troubleshooting
• Lead design activities and the FPGA/digital hardware team
• Define system architecture and drive hardware/software integration
• Involve in product platform roadmap, future design directions, and technology trends
• Mentor junior engineers and improve hardware design processes
