The Opportunity

Arup Façades is an enthusiastic, energetic, multi-disciplinary team of façade designers. It includes engineers, technical specialists, building physicists and architects, all of whom share a passionate interest in cladding design.

We have an opportunity for an accomplished Senior Structural Engineer to join the Facades team in London.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of structural engineers working within the Facades London team. You will be a technical leader as well as assisting with development of skills, knowledge and experience of team members and will also manage the allocation of work for the team.


• Meet Architects and other design team members in design workshops to drive the development of the design of the façade.


• Review the detailed design work of specialist façade contractors and be confident to discuss our view of their structural analysis and assessments...
