Senior Facilities Technician

岗位职责：

1 、设备预防性维修保养、点检及故障抢修；

2 、备品备件管理及设备台帐管理；

3 、中央空调及配电系统等公用设施的操作维护；

4 、设备资料的管理及新员工培训




任职要求：
1. 中专以上学历，电气自动化或相关专业；

2. 具有四年以上电气维修经验，持有 维修电工证；

3. 学习能力强，积极主动，责任心强；

4. 良好的沟通能力，能适应偶尔的加班

• Performs fabrication, installation, maintenance, and major repairs. Maintains the
• operation of all building equipment, accessories, and components.
• Responsibilities include maintenance, repairs, and operations of pollution control equipment and accessories, and/or other lab-related equipment.
• Responsible for various duties in heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC), building automation, programmable logic controllers, mechanical, chemical, electrical disciplines and pollution control.
• Assists in training and supervision of others in the use of building equipment and components and operations.
