+ Perform failure analysis at both physical package and die levels, identifying root causes and recommending corrective actions.

+ Develop and execute bench-level test applications to validate hypotheses and reproduce failure mechanisms.
+ Interpret CAD layouts, schematics, and design documentation to support failure root cause determination.
