Senior Failure Analysis Engineer

JOB DESCRIPTION

XP Power is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Failure Analysis Engineer to join our team. In this critical role, you will be responsible for providing in-depth root cause understanding of product returns from customers. This hands-on position requires close collaboration with multiple engineering disciplines and a strong background in switch mode power supply design or similar technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform fault reproduction, troubleshooting, system characterization, and root cause analysis of product issues, while ensuring efficient bug tracking and resolution.

• Collaborate effectively with engineering and support team members to troubleshoot complex technical issues across a wide range of systems.

• Deliver comprehensive technical reports to customers detailing findings from product failure investigations.
