Job description :
We are looking for a Senior FP&A Analyst to join the finance team of a major professional services organization. This strategic role works closely with leadership and multiple business units to drive performance and support decision-making.

Key Responsibilities :

Lead budgeting and long-term financial planning.

Prepare management reports, dashboards, and performance analyses.

Manage monthly forecasts and identify risks and opportunities.

Conduct financial modeling, profitability analyses, and provide actionable recommendations.

Ensure reliability of financial KPIs and act as an FP&A resource person.

Support process improvements, automation initiatives, and finance projects.

Act as a business partner.
Conditions : 

Work schedule: Monday to Friday

Location: Montreal, hybrid

Salary: $95,000 to $115,000
