Senior Financial Systems Manager

We’re looking for a Senior Financial Systems Manager to join our FP&A team in Montreal. The role owns the Lightspeed EPM platform and serves as the primary liaison between Finance, Data Office, IT, and business systems on financial planning infrastructure. The successful candidate will also be the technical owner of Pigment, our new planning system, building its architecture, integrations, and evolution.

Responsibilities

• Own the Pigment system including data models, calculation logic, dimensional structure, security, version control, and release management.
• Partner with the Data Office on data quality, source system integrations, and dimensional standards across ERP, EPM, and BI.
• Define technical excellence and create robust modelling guidelines, scalable patterns, and best‑practice implementations for Pigment.
• Lead team proficiency by providing documentation and targeted training for FP&A.
