Senior Flutter Developer - Room Estate team

We are looking for a Senior Flutter Developer t o join one of our long-term partners, Room Estate, t o take ownership of a brand-new mobile application for tenants and prospective tenants in the property rental space.

This is a highly autonomous role where you will be the primary Flutter engineer responsible for the mobile architecture, code quality, technical decisions, and long-term health of the application.

What You’ll Do

+ Develop and maintain a Flutter mobile application for iOS and Android

+ Define app architecture, state management, navigation, and project structure

+ Build features such as authentication, room discovery, contracts, payments, messaging, and support flows

+ Integrate REST APIs and third-party SDKs

+ Set up CI/CD pipelines, testing strategy, and release processes

+ Ensure performance, stability, monitoring, and scalability of the application
