You will diagnose and resolve issues across distributed backend systems built on Java, Spring Boot, and Kafka, while collaborating closely with Client Support and GTM teams to maintain SLA compliance. The role demands rapid execution, strong React frontend experience, and the ability to take ownership across multiple concurrent projects.
