Job Description:  
Work closely with team members to support their use of the platform to deliver complete solutions to customers 
Participate in all phases of an agile development cycle – plan, design, implement, review, test, deploy, document, and training 
Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues 
Strive to make continuous improvement 
Architect highly scalable, highly available systems with minimal guidance. 
Translate business requirements into scalable and extensible design. 
Mentor junior engineers on design, coding and troubleshooting. 
Practice and advocate Agile processes in the team
