Senior HR Advisor – Permanent, Intermediate Level, HR Department, 800 Kipling Avenue, Toronto, ON. Reports to Director, Compensation & HR Programs. Key Responsibilities

Work with assigned client groups as a strategic partner to provide advice, guidance and interpretation of HR policy, guidelines, procedures, processes and data. Conduct full-cycle recruitment for client groups:

Identify current and prospective staff requirements. Prepare and post job vacancies. Screen applications and conduct interviews. Issue offer letters and conduct reference checks.

Guide managers in collective agreement interpretation and administration, including coaching on all aspects of union/management relations. Deliver HR solutions to meet business requirements, serving as a single point of contact for client groups while leveraging internal and external HR expertise. Attend client group team meetings.
