Enterprise Integration & Onboarding Leadership
Lead the application onboarding roadmap for Workforce Authentication platforms, and oversee secure, seamless and compliant onboarding of enterprise applications aligned to IAM strategy.
Quality Assurance & Change Management
Own QA and change management practices for Workforce Authentication engineering.

Define and mature test strategies, including automation and integration testing.

Ensure changes meet Scotiabank quality, release, and audit standards.

People & Delivery Leadership
Lead, mentor, and develop a team of IAM engineers, analysts, and QA engineers.
