Senior Implementation Manager - Electrical

CTG is seeking to fill a Senior Implementation Manager – Electrical position for our client.

**Location:** Richland, WA
**Duration:** 12 months

**Key Responsibilities**

+ Provide expert-level electrical technical oversight and governance for enterprise risk and capital/outage projects
+ Validate project execution readiness to ensure safe, high-quality, schedule-driven delivery
+ Identify and mitigate execution, schedule, and outage critical path risks
+ Support outage planning and execution with focus on reducing critical path duration and cost exposure
+ Develop and evaluate business cases including financial modeling, ROI, cost-benefit, and risk analysis
+ Conduct operational and process analysis to identify performance and efficiency improvements
+ Facilitate stakeholder engagement and executive-level communication to drive alignment and approvals
