Senior Information Technology Associate

Join our IT team and be the go-to expert ensuring smooth technology operations across the company!

What You’ll Do:

• Provide end-to-end IT support for hardware, software, and network issues
• Manage IT assets, user accounts, and onboarding for new hires
• Administer Active Directory, Office 365/M365, and basic Linux servers
• Troubleshoot LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi, VPN, and ensure network reliability
• Implement security measures: endpoint protection, MFA, and patch management
• Support IT projects, system upgrades, hardware refreshes, and office moves
• Supervise and mentor IT Associate

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s in IT or related field; must have 5+ years IT support experience
• Strong technical, troubleshooting, and teamwork skills
• Available to work in-office during probation; hybrid setup thereafter
