Background

Kyndryl are seeking to address a high‑severity internal audit finding related to inadequate patch management governance. The Senior IT Build Analyst sits at the execution layer of the team — working hands‑on with 30+ patching teams to ensure all documentation, artifacts, and compliance evidence are produced, stored, and maintained to the client’s patching standard. This is a practitioner role — not advisory. You’ll be in the weeds of document governance, KPI/KRI data collection, and audit evidence packaging, operating across multiple patching teams simultaneously. The environment is complex, fast‑moving, and directly tied to active audit remediation. Candidates who thrive in structured governance programmes with high stakeholder volume will succeed here.
