About the Role

We’re looking for a Senior IT Training Analyst to join the team on a 6-month contract. The role involves delivering comprehensive IT induction and classroom training, developing training content, and supporting IT projects with a focus on change management. This position will require travel within New Zealand, for which costs would be covered by the employer.

Responsibilities
Deliver IT training sessions and inductions
Provide one-on-one support and floor walking
Develop training guides, videos, and eLearning content
Support IT projects from a training perspective
