Senior Lead SW Developer, AI/ML Engineering, Digital Services, SW

Join our Digital Services, SW organization in Espoo or Hyvinkää, Finland, where we build and operate platforms and solutions across IoT Platform, Digital Services, and Analytics Platform. Our teams develop scalable cloud‑native systems enabling connected fleets, remote monitoring, intelligent maintenance, and AI‑driven experiences. We work in a hybrid model with the possibility to work remotely a few days a week.

What you’ll do

• Design and develop AI‑enabled features and services across digital platforms.
• Integrate AI/ML and Generative AI models into backend systems and applications.
• Build and maintain end‑to‑end AI solutions (data pipelines → model → APIs → production systems).
• Evaluate and experiment with different AI models and architectural approaches (e.g., prompt‑based, retrieval‑based, fine‑tuning where applicable).
