Senior Linux Engineer

Job Description
Insight Global is looking for a Senior Linux Engineer that is responsible for engineering, securing, and operating enterprise‑grade compute platforms across VMware, Azure Local (Azure Stack HCI), and Red Hat OpenShift/Kubernetes environments. This role requires deep expertise in Linux and Windows Server administration, hypervisor engineering, vulnerability remediation, and lifecycle management of server hardware.

The engineer will lead major platform initiatives, drive POCs (including OpenShift), modernize virtualization stacks, and provide technical leadership to a growing infrastructure team. This individual must be capable of solving complex OS‑level issues across both Linux and Windows, guiding architectural decisions, and mentoring junior engineers.
