Your role
 s and responsibilities include : Working alongside seasoned professionals in Product Management, Product Development, and AI & Automation, you will lead a team of Data Engineers that plays a pivotal role in developing new data products and bringing them to market.
Lead and mentor a high-performing team of data engineers; set technical direction and delivery standards.
Design and build data pipelines to onboard, extract, load, transform, and enrich new data sources.
Apply domain knowledge of financial data to curate datasets and accelerate product development.
Partner with Product Management and Product Development to analyze, validate, and transform datasets into finished products.
Collaborate with AI & Automation to advise on and adopt AI-powered workflow tools that scale delivery and drive efficiency.
