Role Description

Overview

Designing & implementing the plant maintenance system.
Ensuring that the plant machinery is in good running condition at all times, machine downtime is minimized and the costs of running the machinery are optimized
Providing uninterrupted utilities to the plant,
Support to Safety, Quality & Production team in addressing Infrastructure and Equipment related issues.
Cost management related to VMOH (Variable Monthly Over Heads), Capex & engineering related other expenses,

Responsibilities

Designing, review and ensuring implementation of a maintenance system that optimizes efficiencies and costs and maximizes output.
Review of daily activities in management Wall/team meeting and weekly and monthly operational goals and KPI’s review with supply chain finance along with the plant team.
