Role Summary

•Key driver for Operational Excellence activities for the site.
•Lead and facilitate cross-functional teams in continuous improvement events in support of safety, quality, delivery and cost goals.
•Manage major projects to drive improvement in process metrics, target financial benefits, and achieve company goals.
•Provide training and coaching in Lean and Six Sigma concepts and responsible to ensure application of LSS concepts and implementation of lean concepts like Heijunka, Kanban, jidoka, Value stream mapping etc.
•Responsible to lead the change process by working closely with the Site Head and the rest of Site Leadership Team
• Mentor Green Belts, Yellow belts in their initiatives (cost reduction, capacity enhancement etc.)
• Develop annual roadmap for OE Journey and monitor progress against roadmap.
